The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading revenue growth initiatives, particularly for the DTC business, and will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of performance marketing strategies across a variety of paid media channels. This role demands a leader with a strong background in managing expansive media budgets, both digital and traditional, and a proven track record in customer acquisition, LTV, and channel growth. The VP of Growth Marketing will also be expected to design and execute a robust growth marketing strategy, optimize marketing effectiveness, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in DTC subscription and traditional e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a Head of Growth role for a digitally native business with significant annual sales. The role requires a leader who is data-driven, adept at consolidating data from various sources, and experienced in media buying across digital platforms. A strong background in offline marketing, particularly in TV/OTT and Audio, is also essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage diverse media budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects. Preferred qualifications include experience with marketplaces, retail media, CRM, and expertise in lead generation and data analysis.Travel Percent
