Job Responsibilities:Perform microbiology techniques including aseptic technique, microbial culture, plating, and colony analysisMaintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentsAnalyze experimental data and assist with interpretation of resultsAccurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations in laboratory notebooks or electronic systemsPrepare reagents, buffers, media, and solutions according to established protocolsFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs), biosafety guidelines, and institutional safety regulationsAssist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining laboratory organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior researchers on complex projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related fieldDemonstrated laboratory experience in biological researchProficiency in common microbiology laboratory techniques
