IT Service Desk Analyst Location: Downtown Fort WorthCornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking adaptable and service-oriented individuals for long-term contract-to-hire opportunities as IT Service Desk Analysts. These roles are ideal for candidates who bring a strong technical foundation, thrive in a fast-paced support environment, and are looking to grow within a forward-thinking technology team.As a member of the Desktop Engineering team, you’ll be exposed to multiple areas of enterprise IT support. You’ll handle real-time troubleshooting, user support, and infrastructure triage across a wide range of technologies used by enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Respond to and resolve incoming support requests related to Windows desktop/laptop systemsPerform hardware diagnostics, application support, and incident triage across Microsoft Office, Exchange, and other enterprise platformsTroubleshoot Active Directory issues, including group policies and user permissionsUse enterprise tools to support endpoint management, system imaging, and deploymentsProvide first-tier support for network and telecommunications issuesCollaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challengesMaintain detailed documentation and follow standard operating proceduresRequirements:Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a 24/7 IT service desk or IT support call center environmentStrong communication skills with a customer-first approach to technical supportSolid foundational understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking basicsAbility to work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysExperience with EPIC software is preferred but not requiredReliability and independence, especially during overnight shifts where self-direction is essentialWhy Work with CornerStone TTS:At CornerStone TTS, we focus on more than filling roles—we deliver alignment between skilled professionals and the technical environments where they can thrive.
