What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for customers — answer inbound calls and assist with needs professionally and efficientlySchedule and dispatch technicians to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator service callsCoordinate job routing geographically for efficient technician travelPerform customer follow-ups after service to ensure satisfactionSchedule sold estimates and follow up on open estimates to help convert leads into booked jobsTrack maintenance memberships — follow up and book upcoming service visitsMaintain accurate notes, job details, and tracking in ServiceTitanMonitor technician progress and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the dayAssist with light accounts receivable needs, including collecting payments when neededSupport the operations team with administrative duties as neededProvide excellent communication between customers and technicians to ensure a positive experience What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in a home services dispatch or call center environment ServiceTitan experience — REQUIRED Working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services Excellent multitasking and time-management skills Strong customer service skills and a confident phone presence Organized, proactive, problem-solving mindset Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
