Parts Sales Representative
Position Summary:The Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for aftermarket parts sales by managing customer inquiries, analyzing pricing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting service operations.Primary Responsibilities:Proactively identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales and promote recommended spare parts packagesRespond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, pricing, and availability in a timely mannerPrepare and issue parts quotations and follow up to convert quotation into ordersProcess customers orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillmentWork closely with the logistics team to manage order shipments and delivery schedulesSupport proactive parts sales by identifying opportunities for replacement parts, spare parts packages, and maintenance kitsProactively identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales and promote recommended spare parts packagesSecondary Responsibilities:Coordinate with the logistics team to align inventory levels with parts sales demand and ensure timely order fulfillmentCoordinate with service engineers and sales teams to identify additional parts sales opportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with customers and distributors and provide excellent supportTrack and report parts sales performance and market feedback to managementPosition Requirements:3-5 years of experience in parts sales, aftermarket sales, or industrial customer serviceExperience in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing environment preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to interpret basic technical documentation or parts manuals is a plusProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeCRM ExperienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment10% travel is required for this roleHSG is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race (including associated hairstyles), color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, marital status, genetic information, military status, unfavorable discharge from military service, order of protection status, pregnancy, arrest record, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
