This role will work closely with the Senior Associate and Associate Director, Events, and will focus on logistical coordination, vendor management support, attendee registration, and on-the-ground execution for conferences, investor events, client hospitality, and owned events.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their events career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of high-profile, fast-paced events.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & Logistics SupportAssist with the execution of external events including:Industry and third-party conferencesClient hospitality experiencesFirm-hosted and owned conferencesSupport event timelines, task trackers, and run-of-show documentsProvide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, vendor coordination, and breakdownVendor & Contract CoordinationAssist with coordinating vendor contracts, including venues, AV, catering, transportation, and swag providersTrack contracts, invoices, and key deliverables in partnership with the Senior AssociateCommunicate logistics and timelines to vendors to ensure smooth executionAttendee Registration & Event PlatformsSupport attendee registration and communications using platforms such as Hubspot, Cvent, OpenExchange, or similar toolsAssist with attendee lists, confirmations, badging, and post-event data cleanupHelp coordinate meeting schedules and on-site registration desksSwag & Event MaterialsSupport sourcing, ordering, and tracking of event swag and branded materialsCoordinate shipping, inventory, and on-site distribution of materialsAssist with event signage, print materials, and on-site collateralTravel, Hotel & On-Ground LogisticsHelp coordinate hotel room blocks, transportation, and guest travel logisticsAssist with food & beverage planning, dietary restrictions, and on-site catering coordinationSupport day-of logistics including staff schedules, transportation timing, and vendor load-in/load-outQualificationsRequired1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or related rolesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel and support extended hours during event weeksPreferred / BonusFamiliarity with event platforms such as Cvent, OpenExchange, or similarFamiliarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Experience supporting conferences or client-facing eventsExposure to financial services, B2B, or professional services environmentsBasic experience with design or marketing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)Skills & AttributesDetail-oriented and execution-focusedProactive, reliable, and eager to learnComfortable taking direction and supporting multiple stakeholdersCalm and adaptable in live-event environmentsStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughThis role offers hands-on exposure to sophisticated, high-profile events within financial services and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced event leaders. It’s an ideal entry point for someone looking to grow into a senior event or experiential marketing role.We Offer: The Base Salary Range for this role is $60,000-80,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation.
