You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient procurement of mechanical and breaker parts that support the safety and reliability of nuclear plants worldwide. This is a mobile position that initially will be expected onsite 5 days a week. Once through the training phase, you will have flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week and have the ability to choose an alternate work schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack & Forecast: Monitor requisitions as they move through the process. Regularly update SAP and other applications with the appropriate information.Prioritize Smartly: Evaluate demand driven requisitions, prioritize various reporting and customer needs, and communicate efficiently with multiple groups.Support Production: Process purchase requisitions in a timely and efficient manner and support our internal customers throughout the entire production cycle.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with storeroom personnel on subcontracting orders, material movements, and inventory discrepancies.Coordinate Resources: Partner with Production Planning to procure urgent materials needed for production, coordinating with Engineering, as required.Optimize Inventory: Responsible for helping to manage stocking levels, lot sizes, and make recommendations when necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field2+ years of planning experienceEquivalent combination of experience and education will be consideredSAP experience (production, requisitioning, material master data) is a plus.Microsoft Excel experience a plus (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc..)We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
