Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Salesperson to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Buford, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will focus on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, delivering engaging presentations, providing tailored landscaping solutions, and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed performance targets.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and addressing client needs proactively.Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline record.General Qualifications: Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software; familiarity with landscaping or commercial property management industries is a plus.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant sales experience strongly desired.
