Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.**Exciting Opportunity for Dialysis RN!**\n\n- **Position:** Staff Registered Nurse (RN) \n- **Location:** Various clinics on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend) \n- **Schedule:** Flexible shifts available, including AM & PM (10-13 hour shifts) \n\n**Key Responsibilities:** \n- Oversee the delivery of dialysis care to patients \n- Provide education and support to patients, empowering them in their treatment journey \n- Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure optimal patient care \n- Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and care plans \n- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications with precision \n- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists \n- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care \n\n**Qualifications:** \n- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license \n- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association \n- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience \n- Previous Dialysis experience required \n- Preferred: Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing \n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
