Job Description:Job Title Parcel Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Remote - San Francisco, CADuration : 06+ MonthsPay Range: $40/hr. - $42/hr. w2 (All inclusive)Role Overview:Title: Parcel Business Development Representative Location: Remote, U.S. - Anywhere (Monday to Friday, standard business hours)About the Role:We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale Client's logistics parcel business.In this role, you'll partner with eCommerce and retail brands to improve shipping speed, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.This is not a purely transactional BDR role. We are looking for someone who understands the broader sales cycle and can engage thoughtfully with senior stakeholders.You will play a critical role in building pipeline while gaining exposure to full-cycle sales, positioning you for growth into closing roles over time.What You'll Do:Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, email, and LinkedInEngage and qualify decision-makers by uncovering shipping challenges and business goalsCommunicate confidently with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholdersPartner closely with Account Executives across the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal strategy and handoffSchedule and support high-quality meetings and product demosManage and track pipeline activity in CRM such as SalesforceCollaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target segmentsWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of sales, business development, or full-cycle sales experienceBachelor's degree requiredProven ability to engage and build credibility with senior-level stakeholders including Director, VP, and C-suiteStrong professional communication skills that are clear, concise, and persuasive across email, phone, and videoConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targetsCuriosity, coachability, and a strong desire to grow within a sales organizationHigh ownership, resilience, and bias toward actionNice to Have:Experience in logistics, eCommerce, supply chain, or SaaS or tech sales experience preferred Growth and Development:Clear path to Account Executive and full-cycle closing rolesDirect exposure to deal strategy, pricing, and negotiationsOngoing coaching, mentorship, and sales trainingOpportunity to work on a fast-scaling business with high visibility across teams Compensation:Hourly base pay plus a generous, uncapped commission structure tied to performance
