Tooling Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerTo provide technical support to repair center, and engineering regarding part and tooling inspection.*Must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship for immigration cases is unavailable. Relocation Assistance available though preference to candidates already residing within a 30-45 mile radius of Hamilton, OH*Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Perform part inspections of machine componentsMaintain inspection sheets and ensure technicians have correct information (drawings, check sheets, write up forms)Determines whether test results are acceptable or not. Communicates resultsFinal sign off on items prior to shipmentMake simple drawing edits (Autocad, Inventor)Check and determine corrective actions for outgoing productsPerform basic maintenance on lab equipmentAnalyze plant complaints and provide reportAssist in developing quality control proceduresEngineering support projects as requiredOther job duties as assigned by supervisorFinal sign off and tagging of equipment prior to shipmentDevelop and maintain SOPs for repairsJob Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:Advanced math skillsGood decision making skillsProblem solving skillsTeam working experienceProficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc)Good verbal and written communication skillsSmall project managementRCA leadership experience (5 Why, A3, 8D)Educational Requirements: College graduate with engineering degree. Willing to consider additional formal training as required.
