This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing business within the Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, VoIP, and Technology Solutions space.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, a strong track record of generating net-new business, and the ability to build credibility with C-level executives and key decision-makers.What You'll DoManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, closing, and client onboarding.Develop new business through networking, referrals, strategic prospecting, and outbound outreach.Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers across multiple industries.Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand business needs, budget, decision-making processes, and timelines.Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up and business development initiatives.Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within HubSpot CRM.Achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide pipeline updates and business development insights.Develop and execute both short-term and long-term territory growth plans.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience selling Managed IT Services, Technology Services, or subscription-based solutions.Proven success building a book of business through outbound sales and referral generation.Experience prospecting through networking, cold outreach, and LinkedIn/social selling.Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-level executives and senior business leaders.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.Ability to travel up to 25% within the Mid-Atlantic region.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling into healthcare and education organizations.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.CompensationBase Salary: $75,000–$95,000Uncapped CommissionOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+Additional upside potential for top performersBenefitsPaid vacationPersonal and sick leaveMedical insurance with employer contributionFlexible Health Spending AccountDental and Vision InsuranceVoluntary Life, Accident, and Disability InsuranceCommuter benefitsEmployee recognition programsCommunity engagement opportunitiesWork EnvironmentRemote/Hybrid work arrangementCandidates located within the Mid-Atlantic region preferredFlexible schedule with significant autonomyTravel up to 25% for client meetings, networking events, and business development activitiesWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to join a growing technology organization that values teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
