We connect teams with the data, insights, and tools needed to accelerate outcomes.ImpactYou will lead marketing analytics strategy for EA Entertainment, guiding investment decisions across global franchises. You will shape how data informs growth, engagement, and retention by delivering clear insights to senior leaders and building scalable measurement frameworks.ResponsibilitiesLead marketing analytics strategy across multiple EA Entertainment franchises (e.g. Battlefield, The Sims, Apex Legends)Act as trusted advisor to VP-level leaders to inform growth, engagement, and investment decisionsPartner with other insights teams across EA to develop integrated, decision-ready guidance for business leadersGuide experimentation strategy and measurement frameworks across campaignsOversee application of MMM, incrementality, and attribution methodologiesEnsure analytics tools support key decision points and continuous optimizationLead, develop, and grow a team of analysts and managersRequired Qualifications10+ years experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related fieldExperience leading analytics teams supporting global products or servicesProficiency influencing VP-level stakeholders with data-driven recommendationsProficiency applying marketing measurement methods (MMM, incrementality, LTV)Experience developing team capability across analytics and stakeholder engagementProficiency in SQL and Python or RExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experienceCore Skills And ExperienceProficiency defining analytics strategy across large organizationsProficiency connecting data insights to business and marketing outcomesExperience building scalable measurement and experimentation frameworksExperience working across cross-functional teams and global partnersClear communication of complex insights to executive audiencesPay Transparency - North AmericaCompensation And BenefitsThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).PAY RANGES British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$160,700 - $224,700 CAD California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$193,100 - $296,500 USDPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
