We value the positive impact our business brings to the communities we serve and are looking for a candidate to join our team that has the same outlook on customer service.Daytime Hours - Monday through Friday - Occasional Weekends if neededJob Responsibilities:Key to this job is to deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services.Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clientsCompletes all necessary administrative work to ensure safety of all branch personnelMaintains a close business relationship with top 20% of clientsRecords in CRM daily activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationshipsProvide helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and servicesPursues and maintains preferred vendor status with clientsKnowledgeable in all products carried and educates customers on products that service their needs.Adaptable to provide executive-level and service-level sales presentationsMay maintain and replenish consignment products for customers Occasionally deliver product and pick up used batteries. Assists in loading and unloading process.Maintains accurate documentation of all customer transactions. Compiles accurate reports.Ensures the positive relationship is maintained while ensuring timely collection of payment for all orders.Coordinates regularly with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives.Provides sales reports.May be required to train other personnel/prospects.Maintains accurate inventory of all products in the branch, including following FIFO practices for customer shipments.Coordinates with the supply chain team to ensure products needed for customer orders are acquired for the branch in a timely fashion.Actively works to develop the skills of direct reports, including cross-training for relevant branch processes.
