Work to provide individualized programs to meet the needs of all special needs students and ensure compliance with all state, federal and local requirements.The Executive Director of Special Education is expected to model and promote a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all interactions with students, families, staff, and the community reflect professionalism, responsiveness, empathy, and a commitment to building meaningful and trusting relationships.
