Marketing Manager
A fast-growing company is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing initiatives across digital, creative, and brand channels. This is a "marketing machine" role - ideal for someone who can both think strategically and execute quickly. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints, from content creation to branding to campaign execution. The right candidate is creative, resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Content & Brand ExecutionCreate and manage marketing content across social media, email, and digital platformsDevelop pitch decks, presentations, and branded materialsOversee website updates, improvements, and overall digital presenceCoordinate and produce animated videos, graphics, and creative assetsDigital Marketing & GrowthManage and grow social media platforms and engagementBuild and optimize email campaigns and templatesSupport PR initiatives and brand positioningTrack performance and adjust campaigns based on resultsEvents & Marketing OperationsCoordinate trade shows, booths, and promotional eventsManage production of merchandise, business cards, and marketing materialsWork with external vendors, freelancers (e.g., Fiverr), and agenciesAssist in hiring and managing additional marketing support as neededTechnical & Systems IntegrationSupport website builds and integrations (basic coding/technical understanding preferred)Implement and manage marketing tools, systems, and automationEnsure consistency across all marketing channels and assetsRequirements:2-3 years of hands-on marketing experienceStrong execution skills across multiple marketing channelsExperience creating content, decks, and marketing materialsFamiliarity with social media, email marketing, and digital toolsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projectsCreative, proactive, and resourceful mindsetExperience with website development or basic coding/integrationsBackground in PR, branding, or event marketingExperience managing freelancers or external vendors
