This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic tax planning initiatives within a highly respected and growing practice.What You’ll Do:Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and related entities.Work on Form 1040, 1041, 706, 709, and related fiduciary and gift tax filings.Prepare and review filings for private foundations and 501(c)(3) organizations, including Form 990-PF.Participate in tax planning, technical research, and strategic client advisory projects.Collaborate with Managers and leadership to deliver high-quality client service.Mentor, coach, and support less-experienced staff members.Communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and non-tax professionals.Ensure engagements are completed on time and within quality standards.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.4+ years of tax experience within public accounting.CPA certification or EA preferred.Strong experience with high-net-worth individual taxation.Experience with Forms 1040, 1041, and 709 required.Exposure to estate tax returns (Form 706), fiduciary returns, and private foundations preferred.Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 + performance bonusThere is no need to submit a CV at this stage.
