Responsible for the training assessment and effect evaluation of QC personnel;2. Coordinate, inspect and supervise the daily affairs within QC;3. Be responsible for the warehouse inspection and shipment inspection of products, feedback and follow-up treatment of quality problems;4. Supervise inspection records and data, be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and effectiveness of QC basic inspection data, and make statistical analysis of inspection data, output standard quality reports, and promote continuous improvement;5. Other matters explained by superiorsPreferred QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering/management; Major in vehicle engineering/chemical engineering/materials/machinery/electronics/automation is preferred;At least 5 years QMS quality system working experience in vehicle manufacturing (main engine factory) and parts industry (first-class supplier), power battery industry experience is preferred;2 years or more team management experience (≥ 5 people),Science and engineering majorBe familiar with the relevant standard clauses of IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 and their application;Received training in quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC;Familiar with quality-related tools, such as QC seven tools;Understand the battery product structure, manufacturing process and related quality control pointsFamiliar with the requirements of electrostatic protection system;Compression resistance, good expression, communication and coordination ability, data analysis and risk assessment ability;Good English reading and writing skills, oral English is preferred;Have leadership and can guide the team to develop positivelyWork Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityCATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
