By combining healthcare expertise with technology solutions, it addresses inefficiencies in data exchange while helping organizations reduce costs and improve risk management, quality, and revenue performance.About the OpportunityThe Production Support Representative manages daily partner engagement activities with vendors supporting the medical record retrieval process. This role helps ensure partners meet performance expectations, retrieval goals, and operational standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen partner relationships.Responsibilities• Identify and establish relationships with new partners.• Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships.• Document and evaluate partner processes to improve retrieval rates and operational performance.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner invoicing is accurate.• Conduct regular meetings with partners to review progress, address issues, and establish action plans.• Maintain consistent communication with partners to ensure retrieval goals are achieved.• Prepare and maintain weekly progress reports.• Escalate process gaps and performance concerns to management.• Maintain current knowledge of department policies, procedures, standards, and workflows.• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements• High school diploma or GED.• Minimum 18 years of age.• At least 6 months of customer service experience.• At least 6 months of experience analyzing large data sets and identifying outliers.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.• Preferred experience working with third-party vendors or clients.• Preferred experience with medical record retrieval or medical risk auditing.• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business requirements.• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Hourly pay range of $16 to $29 per hour, based on experience and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
