We ensure we put our sales representatives in the best possible position to exceed their career and financial goals!Responsibilities:Generate leads through D2D lead generationContact customer leads through cold callingDelivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsMaintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Building and nurturing relationships with customersScheduling appointments with clients and working around their scheduleKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsRequirementsHighly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsAbility to speak publicly with confidence and poiseStrong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-disciplineHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plus.Ability to climb a ladderSales experience a plus
