Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedIn What you will be doing: In this role, you will: Lead cross-functional projects that support new model introductions and equipment installations/improvementsDevelop scope, specifications, and validation plans for tooling, automation, and manufacturing systemsTrack project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using structured problem-solving and effective communicationConduct equipment investigations and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actionsPartner closely with Production Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, and OEM suppliersOversee installation, commissioning, and change management while ensuring strong safety complianceSupport production trials and report readiness status using Toyota's standards and methodologies.Work Environment & PPE Manufacturing plant setting; steel-toed shoes required.
