Duties include:Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, including dine-in, catering, and third-party delivery, while maintaining high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and serviceOwn overall restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, labor management, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and P&L resultsCreate an exceptional guest experience through strong floor presence, proactive service recovery, personalized guest interactions, and consistent execution of service standardsRecruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop managers and team members, building a strong leadership bench and a high-performing, hospitality-driven cultureEnsure accurate scheduling, staffing, timekeeping, payroll processes, and team member acknowledgements using company systems and established proceduresUphold company policies, internal controls, food safety standards, employment practices, and all applicable regulatory requirementsDrive operational improvements by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, solving problems quickly, and implementing disciplined processes that support growthPartner with Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, Culinary, and Technology to execute promotions, training programs, brand initiatives, and system enhancementsBACKGROUND PROFILE:5+ years of experience as a General Manager with a high volume ($5M+) upscale, scratch, fast-casual restaurant chain/groupSpanish speaking skills not required but highly desiredStrong background in guest service, hospitality, leadership, financial performance, and operational metrics, with a proven ability to drive sales, build guest loyalty, and deliver operational excellenceExperience with restaurant systems and business tools such as Harri, Paylocity, OPUS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft OfficeClear and effective communicator with strong listening, interpersonal, and team leadership abilitiesAbility to implement systems, improve processes, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentLocal candidates only - no relocations
