We are growing, and we are building the team that grows with us.About the RoleYou will split your time between two market-rate apartment communities, 36 units and 40 units, keeping both to a resident-ready, inspection-ready standard every day. You will handle work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and general repairs across both sites, routing your day between the two properties as work demands. Mileage between properties is paid.What You'll DoWork Order Completion:Complete assigned work orders in Rent Manager promptly and accurately across both properties, with clear documentation of work performedUnit Turns:Perform make-ready work on vacant units at both communities, including repairs, painting touch-ups, and general prep, to meet turn-time and quality standardsPreventive Maintenance:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks across both properties, covering HVAC, life-safety equipment, building systems, and seasonal workProperty Upkeep:Support general property upkeep and respond to day-to-day maintenance needs across buildings and grounds at both sitesInspection Support:Help keep both properties prepared for municipal, insurance, lender, and internal inspections; correct deficiencies as assignedOn-Call Rotation:Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls across both properties per company policyShop & Safety:Keep the shop organized at each site, maintain tools and equipment, and follow safety/OSHA standardsHands-On Repairs:Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and flooringWhat You Bring2+ years of maintenance experience; multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferredComfortable managing your own schedule and priorities across two locationsWorking knowledge across core trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repair)Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailValid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation; ability to participate in on-call rotationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; climb ladders and stairs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods; and work indoors and outdoors in all Northeast Ohio weather conditions.
