Hiring: Robotics Project Engineer / Program ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Robotics Project Engineer / Program Manager to support robotics and automation deployments across multiple U.S. sites, including Puerto Rico.Location: Remote – United StatesTravel: Required to multiple U.S. sites, including Puerto RicoKey Requirements:Experience in Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Robotics IntegrationHands-on experience deploying robotics or automated systemsExperience with KUKA, FANUC, ABB, Universal Robots (UR), MiR, OTTO, or similar platformsExperience taking robotics projects from requirements and PoC through implementation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshootingStrong Project Management / Program Management experienceExperience managing vendors, systems integrators, and cross-functional teamsExperience developing project plans, technical requirements, risk assessments, and documentationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsWillingness to travel to U.S. sites, including Puerto RicoPreferred:Pharma, biotech, medical device, or other regulated-industry experienceKnowledge of GMP/cGMP, FDA, ISO, and validation requirementsExperience with IQ/OQ/PQAMRs, AGVs, cobots, robotic arms, material-handling or laboratory automationRobotics PoC / pilot program experienceExperience working with robotics OEMs, system integrators, and automation vendorsExperience supporting geographically dispersed/global teams
