Lead Program Manager
At Bios, we take pride in being an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, where every team member has a stake in our success. Our shared ownership structure empowers employees to build wealth through company shares while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace. We believe that employee ownership fuels innovation, enhances job satisfaction, and creates a culture where your leadership directly impacts both your future and the company's success.
As a Lead Program Manager (LPM) at Bios, you play a key leadership role in overseeing residential teams that support 15-20 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this position, you will interview, hire, and supervise Program Level Program Managers (PLPMs), with most LPMs managing around 10 direct reports. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, leadership, and the ability to train and inspire others.
Beyond direct supervision, Lead Program Managers provide programmatic and financial oversight, ensuring that the people we support receive high-quality services aligned with their needs and goals. This requires attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and proficiency in basic math and computer applications, all of which are easily learned for those familiar with Windows and iOS-based software.
Additionally, LPMs serve as liaisons with support teams, requiring strong customer relations and organizational skills to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional care.
At Bios, leadership comes with ownership. As a Lead Program Manager, you are not just managing a team, you are investing in the success of others while growing your own future. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact while building long-term financial security, join Bios as an employee-owner today!
