Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Community Life Coordinator to join our team at Barefoot, a vibrant master-planned community where residents are connected by big nature, two signature lakes, and a true spirit of community. From established Barefoot Lakes to the growing Barefoot Village, residents enjoy unique gathering spaces, community events, outdoor recreation, and opportunities to build meaningful connections with their neighbors.
In this role, you'll help cultivate resident engagement and deliver exceptional community experiences by supporting community operations, lifestyle programming, communications, and stakeholder relationships. You'll play a key role in helping residents connect with their neighbors, community amenities, and the experiences that make Barefoot unique.
This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create memorable experiences, and contribute to a community where connection and belonging are part of everyday life.
If you're someone who enjoys helping people, planning events, staying organized, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, we'd love to meet you.
