Administrative Assistant
3 Year ContractJob Description:The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and office support to multiple professionals, including managers, managing directors, and partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to leadership and professional staffManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsAnswer and direct phone calls and greet visitors professionallyPrepare, proofread, and format documents, emails, presentations, and reportsPerform filing, scanning, copying, and other general office dutiesCoordinate meal orders and meeting logisticsUtilize Microsoft Office and other business software, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation toolsOrganize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environmentMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismSupport special projects and additional administrative tasks as neededQualifications:3–5 years of administrative assistant or office support experienceStrong calendar management and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong proofreading and document review skillsAbility to learn new tasks and systems quicklyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
