Job Description:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in PLC programming to support production operations at Brunswick Corporation in Edgewater, Florida. The role involves hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting electrical systems, reviewing schematics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
Required Skills
PLC programming and debugging in a production environment
Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and wiring systems
Experience troubleshooting circuit boards and electrical components
Hands-on shop floor experience
Console testing and system validation
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to support production and continuous improvement efforts
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in PLC programming and manufacturing environment
Experience working in production or industrial settings
Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens is a plus
