Lead and Elevate a Craft Cocktail & Nightlife ExperienceWe are an ever-evolving Raleigh-based hospitality group operating cocktail-driven concepts, nightlife venues, and high-energy guest experiences.We are seeking a General Manager for Craft Cocktail & Nightlife operations a strong, hands-on operator who can lead from the floor, build a high-performing team, and drive both guest experience and revenue.This is not a passive management role.We are looking for someone who takes ownership, creates energy in the room, and leads with urgency and attention to detail.What You Will OwnFull operational leadership of a craft cocktail and nightlife venueGuest experience, service standards, and overall energy of the spaceStaff recruiting, training, and ongoing developmentSales performance, revenue growth, and guest retentionFloor leadership during peak service hoursBar program execution and development in collaboration with ownership and beverage leadershipLabor management, scheduling, and cost controlInventory oversight and product managementImplementation of systems, standards, and accountability across the teamWhat We are Looking For:We are looking for a true operator not just a scheduler or shift manager.The ideal candidate:Has experience in craft cocktail bars, nightlife venues, and high-volume hospitality environments. True cocktail program experience is a must.
