We value teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction in every move we handle.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Mover & Driver based in Frisco, TX. The position involves overseeing moving operations, driving company vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of furniture and belongings. Responsibilities include loading and unloading items, coordinating team members on-site, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and operational vehicle. As the team lead, you will guide and mentor team members, ensuring efficient and safe handling practices while representing the company’s commitment to quality and care.QualificationsExperience in driving and operating moving trucks, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Proficient in loading, unloading, and securing furniture and heavy items with care.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate a moving team.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as well as endurance for physically demanding tasks.Commitment to safety standards, time management, and providing excellent customer service.Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required. CDL license is a plus.
