Responsibilities: Responsible for decontamination, correct assembly and sterile processing of all instruments used in the operating room and ambulatory/specialty clinics. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications: Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring Preferred Job Requirements: One (1) year of previous job-related experience in Central Supply and/or Sterile Processing experience in hospital or clinic setting National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent
