IT Support Specialist

FTS is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide remote and onsite end user technical support, network and system troubleshooting and project services to its clients. This position will work with and report to the IT Service Manager helping to manage and administer all aspects of our small business clients technical needs. Must have at least 2 years of business IT support experience and a wide-ranging technical skill set, with a focus on cloud services such as Microsoft 365, networking, PCs (Windows & Mac), printers, security, and other typical business IT systems.The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional that knows how to manage and hold themselves accountable in a work from home, field operations environment.
