These temporary roles support families when their primary caregiver is away and require dependable, compassionate professionals who can provide continuity of care. Assignments are available across Manassas, Gainesville, Centreville, and surrounding areasWhat this role offers:Competitive live-in pay structure Temporary assignments (ideal between cases or for flexible availability) Room and board provided during assignment Support from a responsive care team W-2 employment Live-in responsibilities:Provide personal care and daily living assistance Offer companionship and supervision throughout the day Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and routines Support mobility and transfers as needed Medication reminders and daily documentation Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful home environment Requirements:Valid Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certificationCPR certification and negative TB screening Ability to pass a background check Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility Reliable, professional, and comfortable staying in the client's home If you're looking for short-term live-in opportunities that make a real difference for families, we'd love to connect.
