The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental differences, supervise RBTs, provide family education, coordinate care with other providers, and mentor staff and BCBA candidates.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive ABA assessments and functional behavior assessmentsDevelop, implement, and revise individualized treatment and behavior intervention plansProvide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidatesMonitor and analyze client data; adjust programs based on progress and data trendsCoordinate care with families and other service providers to ensure consistency of interventionsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory and agency requirementsProvide family education and support to promote generalization of skillsMentor and support professional development for staffQualificationsCurrent BCBA certificationMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)NC LBAPreferred SkillsDirect experience working with children on the autism spectrumPay range and compensation packageCompetitive hourly rate or annual salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planContinuing education credits and professional development assistanceFlexible scheduling, paid holidays, and PTOReferral program and positive company cultureEqual Opportunity StatementBrighter Strides ABA is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
