ResponsibilitiesDesigns and builds the architecture of front-end and back-end for data applications addressing complex business problemsDevelops methodologies, platforms, and tooling for experimentation, causal inference, measurement, and diagnosticsDesigns, builds, and customizes reusable tools, dashboards, APIs, and integrations across teamsDefines foundational metrics to scale with AI for data-driven decision-makingLeverages the AI-enabled data stack to accelerate discovery, development, testing, and maintenance of data products and pipelinesAssesses design tradeoffs, communicates progress and risks to cross-functional partnersIdentifies gaps in data apps, tools, workflows, datasets, and pipelines and implements improvements to increase reliability and reuseApplies data science and software engineering best practices across the data product lifecycle and contributes to reviews and guidanceSupports and improves operational excellence for data apps and platforms, including reliability, observability, privacy, and production readiness
