About TroveTrove is a vertical SaaS platform built exclusively for the manufactured and modular home industry. We build the marketing, website, and CRM tools that dealers use to attract leads, convert buyers, and close more deals — purpose-built for how this industry actually works. This is our first SDR hire, and you’ll be building the outbound motion with us from the ground up.The roleYou’ll be the engine that fills the top of our pipeline. Your job is to identify, contact, and qualify manufactured home dealers who are a strong fit for Trove and convert them into meetings for our AE. You’ll work primarily through cold calls and personalized email. No spray-and-pray. Every outreach should feel like it came from someone who knows this industry.What you’ll doCold call and email manufactured home dealers across the US - high-volume, high-quality touches every dayQualify prospects based on Trove’s ICP: dealer owners, GMs, and sales managers at independent MH dealershipsResearch prospects before outreach. Look at their website, their ads, their tech stack and write messaging that reflects itBook qualified meetings that generate real pipelineLog all activity in HubSpot with the detail needed to hand off context cleanly to the AETest subject lines, openers, and call scripts. Tell us what’s working and what isn’tAttend industry conferences and trade shows roughly once per quarter — this is a relationship-driven industry and being in the room mattersWhat we’re looking for1+ year of SDR or outbound sales experience preferred — but we’ll consider a strong candidate who’s newer if you can demonstrate hustle and a track record of hitting goalsComfortable on the phone - you don’t hate cold calls, you get better at themYou write well. Short, plain, specific. Not corporate filler.Organized and self-directed Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRMComfortable with occasional travel roughly once per quarter for eventsGenuine interest in a niche industry or at least the curiosity to get up to speed fastHow you’ll be measuredYour primary metric is qualified pipeline generated. We care about meetings that move — not just demos on the calendar. You’ll have a clear quota, a ramp period, and full visibility into how commission is calculated.
