Role Description We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our on-site team in Denver, CO. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, delivering quotes, and closing sales. The role also involves collaboration with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targetsStrong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsBasic knowledge of home improvement services such as drywall, painting, and flooring is a plusStrategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to articulate solutions tailored to customer needsProficiency with CRM tools and general computer skillsSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesPrior experience in sales within the home improvement or service industry is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
