This role is responsible for accurately processing and validating bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2,500 employees across the U.S. (multi-state, multi-tax jurisdiction) and Canada, ensuring compliance, precision, and timeliness.ResponsibilitiesProcess and validate end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employeesEnsure accuracy across multi-state and multi-jurisdictional payrollsPerform payroll adjustments, including tax corrections and off-cycle paymentsOpen and close payroll cycles, maintaining strict adherence to deadlinesBalance payroll to the general ledger during posting (highly automated environment)Identify and resolve discrepancies through detailed payroll audits and validation Compensation: $40/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401KType: Contract potential for full-timeLocation: Austin, TX (Remote)
