Facilities Maintenance Laborer - Lead
Responsibility's
Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/ external guest service by all team members
Able to lead team members during their shift
Has the ability to check HVAC equipment using the BMS
Trains personnel in some aspects of their position
Gardening and cleaning where appropriate
Changing of light bulbs
Snow removal
Painting throughout the facility
Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
Respond to maintenance calls during the shift
All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 50 pounds
Negotiating stairs and ramps. Standing for long periods.
Walking long distances. Frequently required to kneel and crouch.
Lifting, operating, and transporting all facility equipment.
Pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, turning, lifting, stretching, and climbing as needed to perform the various essential functions and job duties.
Environmental Working Conditions
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Casino environment, hotel lobby, back of the house and outside facilities grounds.
Exposed to loud noise, bright lights, wet areas, and varying temperatures.
Target Salary
Target Salary Range $18.00
