Finance Program Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience·  6-10+ years in Finance transformation, program/project management, or technology-enabled process improvement, including direct exposure to AI-enabled or automation initiatives·  Working knowledge of core Finance processes (P2P, QTC, Accounting close, SOX) sufficient to assess the control and compliance implications of an AI solution·  Experience running governance, intake/prioritization, or delivery-review processes for a technology or transformation portfolio·  Track record partnering with Engineering/Technology teams to evaluate and monitor AI or automation solutions in production (accuracy/drift, incidents, access reviews)·  Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills — able to distill technical and operational detail into concise, decision-ready materials for senior leadership·  Experience supporting audit, SOX, or compliance forums, including documentation and remediation tracking
