Description Job Title: Communications Agent Job Overview: The Communications Agent is responsible for managing and enhancing the internal and external communications of the organization. This role involves creating, distributing, and monitoring content across various platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. The Communications Agent will work closely with different departments to develop and implement communication strategies that foster engagement, transparency, and alignment with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities Media Relations: Develop relationships with media outlets, respond to inquiries, and pitch stories to promote the company’s initiatives, products, or services. Internal Communication: Collaborate with HR and management to ensure effective internal communication, including updates on company policies, announcements, and events. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics. Brand Management: Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand, tone, and visual identity. Crisis Communication: Assist in managing communication during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information. Event Support: Help in organizing and promoting corporate events, including internal meetings, webinars, and external conferences. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of media relations and social media management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media analytics tools.
