Job Title: Technology LeadLocation: Stamford, CT (100% Onsite)Duration: 12 Months – Contract to HireInterview: In-person Interview RequiredPay Rate: $50-$55Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable decisioning solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in PEGA CDH implementations, data-driven decisioning frameworks, and enterprise architecture , along with strong SQL skills. This role requires hands-on technical leadership and the ability to design robust and scalable decisioning platforms aligned with enterprise standards.Required Qualifications8–10 years of overall IT experience with 7+ years working with PEGA CDH .PEGA Decisioning Certification (CDH) – Mandatory .Strong experience designing and developing scalable solutions using PEGA Customer Decision Hub .Experience defining and validating end-to-end technical architecture aligned with enterprise standards.Strong understanding of data architecture and decisioning frameworks .Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL .Ability to lead technical design discussions and guide development teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with Python .Knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration or batch processing.Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of PEGA CDH solutions .Define and validate end-to-end technical architecture ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisioning frameworks .Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for data processing and integration.Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards .Click Apply, or reach me on Tripti.Ojha@artech.com/ +1973-507-7561
