Network Security Engineer - Senior (6-10 Yrs)

Job TitleWe are looking for two engineers that will work full time for up to 40 hours per week, and will complete assigned activities which may include:Daily operations of Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private AccessProxy consultation request intake processingWeb exception request intake processingPlanned changes resulting from intakesCRQ creation for planned changesChange Advisory Board call preparation and call attendanceDeployment of CRQ planned changesTesting of changesTriage and resolution of reported user and system issuesRemedy INC user issue ticketsTechLine to support investigation of problems and restoration of servicePre-production application testing and triageProduction rollout supportRequired experience:2 years minimum experience supporting end users or IT systems2 years minimum hands-on experience with Zscaler in a production environmentCustomer service orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of:endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices)networkingremote accessproxyDemonstrate proficiency with client's Zscaler training prior to getting access to production portals.
