Overview: Extell is seeking a high performing Senior Associate to support the Co-CEO in performing financial analysis for prospective and existing investments, market research and strategic initiatives, as well as handling various special projects. This is a high volume, fast paced, and demanding role appropriate for a self motivated professional with a strong work ethic, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to perform under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical real estate professional who combines strong technical skills with strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities:Create and review detailed financial analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel and other programs as needed to evaluate prospective and existing investments.Update internal valuation and projection models for existing investments.Prepare investment presentation materials.Perform detailed market research on supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends, comparable sales and lease transactions, etc.Review and analyze financial performance of existing investments.Assist with evaluation and implementation of AI and technology tools to enhance analytical efficiencyManage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver high quality output under tight deadlines Qualifications:2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or developmentAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelingStrong experience with:Development and real estate underwriting modelsPortfolio modeling and asset level analysisSenior and mezzanine capital structuresJoint ventures, preferred equity, and complex equity waterfallsMarket analysis including supply, demand, absorption, and pricingStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience interfacing with senior leadershipExceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a high expectation environmentProven ability to handle significant workload and evolving priorities with professionalism and discretion Compensation & Benefits: Extell Development offers competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for professional growth and advancement to include:$200,000 - $250,000 salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort- and Long Term Disability401(k)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program *Equal Opportunity Employer
