The program uses analytical support and operational oversight to strengthen decision-making and improve patient care.About the Opportunity:The Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst provides analytical and operational support to business leaders and teams. This role develops dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights that support operational oversight, compliance monitoring, and leadership decision-making. The position translates complex information into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:• Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to business leaders and teams.• Analyze data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and project tracking.• Develop recurring dashboards and reports for operational oversight and compliance.• Analyze trends, variances, volumes, and performance changes.• Summarize findings with clear business narratives and recommended next steps.• Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and written analyses.• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including dashboard maintenance and audit reporting.• Collaborate with teams to define reporting requirements and resolve data issues.• Document deliverables, schedules, data sources, and processes to support knowledge transfer.• Manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.• Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations.• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.• Experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or administrative support.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data organization and presentation.• Ability to validate data, identify trends, and explain findings concisely.• Strong written communication skills for developing summaries and recommendations.• Experience validating data accuracy and underlying assumptions.• Ability to translate stakeholder requests into effective reports and documentation.• Commitment to confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive information.• Experience improving business processes through accurate reporting and actionable insights.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience managing dashboards, trackers, or recurring performance reports.• Familiarity with Excel-based analysis, Power BI, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.• Knowledge of healthcare operations, risk adjustment, coding, audit reporting, or related areas.• Ability to convert complex data into executive summaries and stakeholder communications.• Experience documenting processes and supporting knowledge transfer.• Comfort using AI-assisted tools while ensuring accuracy and appropriate validation.• Ability to identify data discrepancies and support data interpretation across teams.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $58,700–$70,400 per year.• Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.Benefits & Perks:• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• 401(k) retirement savings plan.• Paid time off, including company holidays and parental or caregiver leave.• Short-term and long-term disability insurance.• Life insurance.Equal Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
