Surgical Tech Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,450 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: South Carolina Registered Nurse License preferred Certifications: NBSTSA certification, BLS certification required Must-Have: - Experience in Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (Da Vinci Xi) cases preferred. - Knowledge of common cases including Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants/Procurements, Trauma/Burns, GU/GYN. - Must be able to work rotating weekends and holiday rotation. - Up to 2 call shifts per month required. - Must float within scope to meet facility needs. - Radiation badge is required. Description: This position is for a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. The shift will involve working four 10-hour days from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. There is a rotating weekend requirement as well as holiday rotation. The selected candidate will be required to take on-call shifts, with a maximum of two per month. Experience in Neuro, ENT, and Robotics cases is highly preferred. The role involves supporting a busy operating room that handles a wide variety of surgical specialties. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications and meet experience requirements to ensure quality patient care. This position also includes the flexibility to float between similar units as needed.
