Maintenance and Grounds Technician
Platinum Resort Assisted Living and Memory Care operates high-end assisted living facilities in Georgetown, Texas. Families trust us with their loved ones, and the condition, cleanliness, and appearance of our homes reflects everything about our standard of care.We are seeking a hands-on, hard-working Maintenance & Grounds Technician to maintain three of our luxury properties: two buildings situated on a shared 8-acre property and one building on a 1-acre lot — 9 acres of grounds and 3 buildings in total.The RoleThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with steady, year-round work. You'll work 5 days a week, and we're flexible on which 5 — whether that's the standard Monday–Friday, or something like Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday. The schedule choice is yours; the standards are not. Rooms must be turned over within 2 days of a resident moving out, and the grounds must look pristine every week of the year.You'll work under the general supervision of our Construction Manager, handling day-to-day landscaping and routine maintenance so our technical team can stay focused on larger projects.Make no mistake — this is real, physical, hands-on work. Between mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, irrigation checks, and handyman duties across three properties, the 40 hours fill up fast.
