Program Director

Job Title: Program Director – PLM TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead large-scale PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation programs across multiple business units and global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise program management.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs from planning through successful delivery.Define program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs to meet business objectives.Manage stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering teams.Drive Agile/Hybrid program execution and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Lead PLM strategy aligned with Industry 4.0, Digital Thread, and digital engineering initiatives.Oversee implementation and enhancement of PDM, BOM Management, Change & Configuration Management, and Systems Engineering (MBSE/SysML).Provide technical oversight for PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Siemens Teamcenter, including enterprise integrations.Identify and mitigate program risks while leading governance meetings and executive reviews.Required Skills:Strong experience leading enterprise PLM transformation programs.Expertise in PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and/or Siemens Teamcenter.Knowledge of PDM, BOM Management, Change Management, MBSE, SysML, Digital Twin, MBD, and MBE.Experience managing global cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Excellent leadership, communication, and program management skills.
