Job Description Location: Plymouth, MNPay: $21/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMWe are hiring a Manufacturing Materials Coordinator to support a machine assembly and manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, inventory, warehouse, kitting, material handling, or production support.The Manufacturing Materials Coordinator will help ensure production teams have the correct parts, materials, and documentation needed to complete machine builds on schedule.Responsibilities:Receive, verify, organize, and track incoming parts and materialsCheck in commercial parts and custom machine componentsMonitor outstanding parts and follow up on missing or delayed materialsStage and organize components for machine assemblyPrepare, print, and maintain production documents, schematics, and work instructionsCoordinate with technicians, machine shop teams, and internal departments to resolve material issuesCreate and organize kits for assembly teamsPackage, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipmentMaintain accurate records and communicate material readiness updatesQualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, inventory, or production environments preferredStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelStrong communication and teamwork skillsMechanically inclined with basic technical knowledge preferredAbility to read basic drawings, schematics, or technical documents is a plusExperience with kitting, parts staging, inventory control, or material coordination is helpfulAbility to lift and move materials as neededHigh school diploma or GED requiredGreat Fit For Candidates With Experience As:Manufacturing CoordinatorMaterial HandlerInventory SpecialistWarehouse CoordinatorProduction AssociateAssembly TechnicianMachine BuilderKitting SpecialistManufacturing TechnicianBackground check, drug screen, and employment verification required.
