This position is a chance to join a dynamic, expanding company with prospects for individual and career growth.As one of the 5 largest insurance brokerage firms in the U.S., Alliant provides property and casualty, workers' compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and services to clients nationwide.Job SummaryResponsible for providing customer service and clerical support to assist the service team in supporting existing accounts.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreates prospect and customer files on shared drive;Assists with preparing group communication pieces in Campaign Builder and other programs;Coordinates Form 5500 completion process with clients;Organizes client health vendor programs and wellness fairs;Updates BenefitPoint, BrainShark, BenIQ and other proprietary databases;Coordinates or assists with organizing WebEx meetings for Account Executives;Attends client Open Enrollment meetings to learn and develop presentation skills;Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation / ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's DegreeOne (1) or more yearsValid Insurance LicenseSkillsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood customer service skills, including telephone and listening skillsGood problem solving and time management skillsIntermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)Ability to work within a team and to foster teamworkAbility to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlinesWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
